General comments
Voor ingrepen die ná incisie van de huid langer dan één uur duren wordt en dosering cefazoline 2gr eenmalig aanbevolen.
Wanneer bij GBS dragerschap penicilline profylaxe gegeven wordt dient bij een sectio de chirurgische profylaxe volgens protocol gegeven te worden.
Eénmalig antibioticaprofylaxe bij vaststelling van een 3e of 4e graads sfincterletsel. Antibiotica al direct geven op de verloskamers. Indien herstel van ruptuur langer gaat duren dan 4 uur, herhaling van de cefazoline
