Indications: vergroenende streptokokken en S. bovis groep - penicilline MIC >0.12 en < 0.5 mg/L
Priority	Medication	Remarks
	Medication: benzylpenicilline iv 24million. IU continuous per 24 hours 4 weeks + gentamicine iv 3mg/kg 1dd 2 weeks

≥ 18 years

Indications: vergroenende streptokokken - penicilline MIC > 0.5 mg/L

	Medication: benzylpenicilline iv 24million. IU continuous per 24 hours + gentamicine iv 3mg/kg 1dd	Remarks: duur van therpie bepalen in overleg met arts-microbioloog
