Candida pyelonefritis / symptomatische invasieve renale candidiasis. Zo mogelijk oraal, tot 2 weken na opheffen obstructie. Bij fluconazol resistentie op geleiden van de gevoeligheidsbeplaing. |

General comments
Asymptomatische candidurie: catheter verwijderen, geen antifungale therapie. Alleen bij low birth weight neonaten, patiënten met niertransplantatie of ernstige neutropenie behandelen als renale candidiasis.
